Do not wash with water as moisture may cause rust.
When you first use the can, gently wipe the inside of the can with a dry cloth.
If it gets dirty, wipe it off with a tightly wrung cloth and dry it thoroughly without closing the lid so that no moisture remains before using it.

If you put the can in the refrigerator and use it, you can store coffee beans and tea leaves in better condition.
However, do not put it in a place with a lot of moisture such as the vegetable compartment.
Also, please note that the temperature difference when taking it in and out of the refrigerator may cause water droplets to form on the surface of the can, which may cause rust.

Please be careful not to drop the can on the floor or hit it, as the paint may peel off or become dented.

If you stick highly adhesive commercially available stickers or tape on the surface of the can, the paint may peel off.
If you want to make a note of what is inside the can, such as the type of tea leaves or coffee beans, use a weak adhesive masking tape.

Do not use in dishwashers or microwaves.

Handmade cans have excellent airtightness, so the lid may be difficult to open at first.
If this happens, open the lid by turning it diagonally. When closing, turn it diagonally in the same way.
As you use it, it will gradually become more comfortable and you will be able to open and close it smoothly, and after a certain period of use, you will be able to open and close it vertically.

The edge of the lid is cut off to ensure that there is no unevenness at the boundary between the lid and the body, creating a more airtight environment. Please handle with care.
